Rushy Beat:
Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026.

This policy covers Rushy Beat (also named RushyBeat in the app) for iPhone, iPad and Mac, related beta testing, and support requests. “We” and “us” refer to the developer identified in the Impressum.

Your game progress is stored on your device and is not sent to us. The app has no user accounts, advertising trackers or developer-installed analytics SDK. Apple services, beta testing, support messages and website visits involve the separate processing described below.

Impressum

Information stored on your device

The app stores your selected level, completion status and survival times locally to remember your progress.

In-app purchases

Apple handles the optional Pro purchase and payment. The app uses StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to verify, unlock and restore Pro access. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide sales and transaction reports through its developer services.

Apple processes purchase and account information under its App Store privacy notice. Purchase records held by Apple are managed separately from local game data.

Diagnostics and TestFlight

For App Store versions, Apple may provide crash reports and aggregated app statistics, depending on your sharing settings. We use available reports to investigate faults and improve the app. See Apple’s App Analytics privacy notice.

If you test a beta through TestFlight, Apple automatically collects and shares crash logs and beta usage information with the developer. This may include device and operating-system details, installations, sessions and crashes. Name and email visibility depends on how you were invited. Feedback you submit can include comments, contact details and screenshots.

We use TestFlight information only to improve the app and related products, including investigating and responding to beta feedback. We do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties. See TestFlight & Privacy for Apple’s collection, retention and available choices.

Contact and support

When you contact us, we process the name, email address, message and any diagnostic information or attachments you choose to provide. This is used to answer you and resolve your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

The website form sends your submission, together with its page and site identifiers, to Basin, operated by Moonshot Ventures, Inc., for delivery and spam prevention. Basin also receives technical connection information such as your IP address. Our email service processes the resulting correspondence. The form loads no Basin script; submitting it opens Basin’s response page, where its own website rules apply. See Basin’s privacy policy.

Providing support information is voluntary, but we need a reply address and sufficient details to respond. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for targeted advertising.

Website visits and external links

Opening the project, support or privacy pages involves website processing separate from native app use. GitHub Pages serves the pages and locally hosted gameplay video and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. The video does not use a third-party embedded player.

The published support and privacy pages also load GoatCounter visitor statistics unless your browser sends “Do Not Track”. Statistics cover page views, referrers and technical information such as browser, operating system, screen size and approximate location. GoatCounter does not set analytics cookies; IP address and browser information are processed temporarily to distinguish repeat visits. The Rushy Beat project page does not load this analytics script.

See the website privacy policy, GitHub’s privacy statement and GoatCounter’s privacy information. Following an external link connects you to the destination provider; its privacy rules apply there.
